Your Roles & Responsibilities: 

🌸 Collaborate on developing the brand, business structure, and long-term vision. 

🌸 Assist with creating and refining organizing systems and training methods (e.g., folding techniques, product solutions, aesthetic organization styles).
🌸 Collaborate on ideas for marketing, pricing, and business expansion.
🌸 Conduct client consultations and implement organizational strategies.

🌸 Assist with hiring and training future organizers as we grow.

 

Qualifications:

🌸 Must have a passion for organization and interior aesthetics.

🌸 Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build something meaningful.

🌸Willing to invest time and effort in growing the business with a long-term vision.

🌸 Must be reliable.

🌸 Must have transportation.

🌸 Must have great customer service skills.

🌸 Experience in professional organizing, interior styling, or business operations is a plus!
